DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE
West Wilson Utility District previously left a door hanger at the customer's home if the water bill was two months past due.
Beginning July 1, 2022, we will no longer leave a door hanger. If your bill is two months past due, your water service will be subject to disconnection without further notice any time after your due date. The entire balance due plus a reset fee of $35.00 must be paid before the service will be reinstated. If payment is made afterhours, weekends, or holidays, there will be an additional $35 reset fee added to the account.
If you receive a bill showing a previous balance, you know you are past due and need to make a payment immediately.
You can go to our website www.westwilsonutility.com and link your account to make payments, view your bill, and to receive an email notification of when your bill is ready to view and a payment reminder before your due date.
You can also sign up for bank draft, and your bill will be drafted on the due date each month. Our staff can take your payment over the phone, or you can call our automated payment service at 877-201-3741. There is a 3.45 % processing fee for using a credit or debit card.

PLEASE NOTE: If your service is disconnected and you make payment online or by IVR, it will NOT be reset until the next business day!!!!
If you have been pulled for nonpayment of your sewer bill, it will not be reset
until we receive authorization from the sewer company, and we do not do
sewer resets after hours.

Please contact us to discuss your bill, as soon as possible. The fastest way to deal with a pending disconnection is to come into our office.
***Please Note*** If your meter has been pulled for non payment and you want your meter reset after hours, you will need to call 615-758-2840 for a reset and you will need to pay in person when your meter is reset. If you make a payment online or by phone, you will not be reset until the next business day during regular business hours.
