Digging? Locate Underground Lines!

Starting any digging work should always mean calling 811, to get multiple underground lines marked free of charge, by locator crews. Some utility lines may be buried at shallower depths. Even smaller projects, like a planting tree, could lead to injury, damage to property, areawide utility outages, potential fines and repair costs.

West Wilson Utility locator crews will locate and mark our water utility lines. However, we will not locate customer-owned water lines: those running from your meter to your house. If you don't know the location of any customer owned underground utilities, TN 811 maintains a brief listing of private locators, which may charge a fee to locate private lines.
